Onions And Noodles Mexican

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onions 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use Mild Variety)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Mexicans Use Lard)
  Fine noodles 8 Ounce
  Rich beef bouillon/Consomme 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onions in butter for a few minutes; add uncooked noodles and stir.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add bouillon; cover and simmer until cooked, about 30 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with parsley.
