Ingredients
  Broad noodles 450 Gram
  Peanut oil 45 Milliliter
  Minced ginger root 10 Milliliter
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Shredded pork 450 Gram
  Shrimp 225 Gram
  Sliced mushrooms 120 Gram
  Hoisin sauce 45 Milliliter
  Cayenne pepper 3 Milliliter
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter
  Sherry 15 Milliliter
  Cornstarch 10 Milliliter
Directions

In a large kettle of boiling water, cook the noodles, drain and reserve.
In a wok heat the oil.
Quickly fry the ginger and garlic, add the pork, shrimp and mushrooms, cook thoroughly.
Add the noodles and fry 1 minute per side.
Blend the hoisin, cayenne, soya, sherry and cornstarch, pour over noodles.
Fry 1-2 additional minutes, serve at once.
