|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)|
Mix eggs, milk and salt together and fold in flour.
Knead well and turn out on a floured board.
Roll to desired thickness and cut into thin strips.
Drop into boiling rich chicken broth and stir constantly to keep separated.
Reduce heat and simmer slowly until tender.
Serves six to eight.
