Main Dish Noodles
|Medium noodles||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), uncooked|
|Half and half/Cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Boneless salmon/Tuna||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water according to directions on package.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in half-and-half and cheese; leave over low heat.
Drain fish; break into lumps; add to butter mixture.
Drain cooked noodles; immediately add to saucepan; toss to mix.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
