Chicken And Noodles Romanoff

Ingredients
  Wide noodles 32 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Diced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Large Pieces)
  White sauce 1 Pint (Made With Chicken Stock / Broth)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

While noodles are cooking according to package directions, saute mushroom slices in butter; adding pimiento just before done.
Combine sauce, mushrooms, pimiento, and chicken.
Simmer together over low heat.
Drain cooked noodles; butter them and mix with other ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into greased casserole.
Place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
