Chicken and Noodles Romanoff
|Wide noodles||32 Ounce (2 Packages)|
|Diced cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Large Pieces)|
|White sauce||1 Pint (Made With Chicken Stock / Broth)|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
While noodles are cooking according to package directions, saute mushroom slices in butter; adding pimiento just before done.
Combine sauce, mushrooms, pimiento, and chicken.
Simmer together over low heat.
Drain cooked noodles; butter them and mix with other ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into greased casserole.
Place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
