Noodles with Poppy Seeds
|Narrow noodles||1⁄2 Pound|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Poppy seeds||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a saucepan of boiling salt water, cook noodles for about 5 minutes until just tender.
2. Drain well, and wash several times until cooled down.
3. In a medium bowl, toss noodles with butter, salt, pepper and most of the poppy seeds.
4. In a plate, serve noodles and sprinkle remaining poppy seed on top.
