Homemade Noodles

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place steel blade in dry work bowl; add flour, salt, and egg.
Process till consistency of cormeal.
With machine running, slowly pour milkthrough feed tube.
Process till a ball forms.
Transfer to floured surface; cover.
Let rest 10 minutes.
Roll to 16x12-inch rectangle.
Let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
Slice, dry, and store or cook.
