Oysters With Spinach Noodles
|Shucked fresh oysters||8 Ounce, drained to make 1/2 cup (1 Carton)|
|Cooked spinach noodles||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Use Hot)|
|Dairy sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Pepper white||1 Dash|
|Green onion with top||1 , chopped|
|Butter margarine||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, melted|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Grated romano cheese||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place oysters in 15-oz casserole [22-oz casserole].
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (550 watts) until edges of oysters begin to curl, 1 to 2 min [3 to 4 min, stirring after 2 min]; drain.
Mix in noodles, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and onion[s].
Sprinkle with margarine and cheese.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until hot, 2 to 3 min [2 to 4 min].
