Beef Mounds With Noodles

Ingredients
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Dry bread slice 2
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked noodles 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat tomato sauce into beef.
Soak bread in water, and add to first mixture with remaining ingredients except noodles and parsley.
Shape mixture into 4 mounds in shallow baking pan.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for about 20 minutes.
Remove beef mounds.
Mix noodles and parsley with drippings in pan.
Put noodles in serving dish, and top with beef mounds.
