Ham Noodle Casserole

|Lean cooked ham||115 Gram|
|Grated cheese||60 Gram|
1. Wash leeks very thoroughly removing any discoloured outside leaves.
2. Chop into rings.
3. Dice ham.
4. Grease casserole. Layer leeks, ham and noodles (seasoning each layer) and a little grated cheese.
5. Pour milk over and sprinkle grated cheese. Bake at 175° C (350° F) or gas 4 for about half an hour. The casserole is ready when all the milk is absorbed.
