Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
  Noodles 4 Ounce
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Mushrooms 2 1⁄2 Ounce, sliced
  Carrot 1 Medium, shredded
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Rinse in cold water; drain well.
Use a paper towel to pat dry.
Toss with the 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat; add the 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
Stir-fry sesame seed in hot oil for 30 seconds.
Add green onions; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add sliced mushrooms and shredded carrot; stir-fry about 1 minute or till vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add cooking oil to the wok or skillet.
Stir noodles into vegetables.
Stir-fry noodle mixture about 9 minutes or till noodles are just beginning to brown.
Sprinkle with a little salt, if desired.
Serve immediately.
