Stir Fried Noodles With Chilli Prawns
|Hokkien noodles||600 Gram|
|Uncooked prawns||15 Large (750 Gram)|
|Peanut oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Baby bok choy||400 Gram|
|Sweet chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken stock||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Pour boiling water over noodles in large heatproof bowl; separate noodles with fork, drain.
Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
Heat oil in wok or large pan; stir-fry prawns until just changed in colour.
Add noodles, bok choy and combined remaining ingredients; stir-fry until bok choy just wilts and prawns are cooked through.
