Noodles With Three Cheese

Ingredients
  Noodles 12 Ounce (Uncooked, 6 Cups)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thin white sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Cook Nudels according to package directions; drain.
Toss with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Add Swiss and mozzarella cheeses; toss lightly.
Turn half of noodle mixture into buttered shallow 3-quart baking dish; top with half of white sauce.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese or bread, crumbs on top, if desired.
Bake at 350° 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
