Baked Noodles Romanoff

Ingredients
  Egg noodles 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Liter, salted
  Curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced / mashed
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Grated onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Liquid hot pepper seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until just tender; drain.
Combine noodles with cottage cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, sour cream, onion, and liquid hot-pepper seasoning.
Turn into a buttered casserole; sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
Bake, uncovered, in a moderate oven (350°) for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
Makes 8 servings.
