Crispy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Fine egg noodles 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Unsifted all purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 7 Ounce Each)
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Microwave noodles, except cook 10 minutes.
In 3-qt casserole place butter, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
Microwave at High (10) 2 to 3 Minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until onion is softened.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk.
Microwave at High (10) 4 to 6 Minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until smooth and thickened.
Gently stir tuna and noodles into sauce.
Cover.
Microwave at High (10) 15 to 17 Minutes, stirring after 8 minutes, until hot.
In small bowl, mix together crumbs, parsley and butter.
Sprinkle over casserole before serving.
