Microwaved Spinach Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Green noodles 4 Ounce, cooked and drained (3 Cups)
  Hard-cooked eggs 8 , chopped
  Small curd cream style cottage cheese 16 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Poppy seed 2 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

In 2-quart casserole combine onion, butter and garlic.
Cook at HIGH for 3 minutes till onion is tender, stirring once.
Add noodles and hard-cooked eggs.
In a blender container combine cottage cheese, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cover; blend smooth.
Fold into the noodle mixture.
Cover; cook at MEDIUM HIGH or COOK POWER 7 (70%) for 15 minutes till hot, stirring twice.
Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with poppy seed.
Pass grated Parmesan cheese.
