Cellophane Noodle Salad

Ingredients
  Cellophane noodles 5 Ounce (155 Gram)
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Finely grated fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Pork mince 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Mint leaves 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)
  Lettuce leaves 8
  Shallots 5 , chopped (Red Or Golden)
  Red chili 1 , sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place noodles in a bowl and pour over boiling water to cover. Stand for 10 minutes, then drain well.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until pork is browned and cooked through.
3. Arrange mint, coriander, lettuce, shallots, chilli and noodles on a serving platter. Top with pork mixture, then drizzle with lemon juice and soy sauce.
