|Medium egg noodles||12 Ounce, uncooked (6.75 Cup)|
|Sweet butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Whipping cream/Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), at room temperature|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
Add butter, cream, cheese and parsley; toss until noodles are well coated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
