Ingredients
  Whole wheat macaroni noodles/Other whole grain noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Mushrooms 6 Large, chopped
  Sunflower seeds 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Generous)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cayenne 2 Pinch
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole grain bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cook the noodles until tender; drain.
Saute the onion, mushrooms, and sunflower seeds in the oil until the vegetables are soft, and the seeds crisp.
Combine the drained noodles with the sauteed vegetables. Stir in the cheese, eggs, yogurt, and seasonings.
Turn into an oiled casserole, top with bread crumbs and reserved grated cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, until the casserole is firm.
