Egg 'N' Noodle Salad
|Medium egg noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked|
|Diced unpared apple||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Large Sized)|
|Grated carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped sweet pickles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||6 , coarsely chopped|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Mix-lightly with remaining ingredients; chill.
