Bologna Noodle Bake

Ingredients
  Condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Medium noodles 4 Ounce, cooked, drained (2 Cups)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Bologna slices 8 , quartered
  Sharp process american cheese 4 Ounce, shredded to make 1 cup
  Corn chips 1 Cup (16 tbs), slightly crushed
Directions

Combine soup and milk; add next 4 ingredients.
Place half the mixture in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Top with half the meat and half the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Top with corn chips; bake 15 minutes longer.
