|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
Heat oven to 375°.
Brown ground beef in heavy skillet.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt.
Mix water with packet of tomato sauce mix from noodles Italiano; stir into meat.
Cook and drain noodles as directed on package; fold in eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, 1/2 tsp salt, and packet of cheese filling.
Place half of the meat sauce in 2-qt casserole.
Cover with noodle mixture; top with remaining meat sauce.
Bake uncovered 20 min.
