Ground Beef And Noodles In Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Noodles 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomato juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, broiled (1 Can)
Directions

Cook onion in hot fat until tender but not brown.
Add beef; brown lightly.
Place noodles in layer over meat.
Combine tomato juice and seasonings; pour over the noodles.
Bring to boiling; cover, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add green pepper; cover and continue cooking 10 minutes or till noodles are tender.
Stir in sour cream and mushrooms; heat through (do not boil).
Season to taste.
Top with green-pepper rings.
