|Angel hair pasta||12 Ounce|
|Peanut oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh ginger||3 Tablespoon|
|Sliced scallions||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Oyster sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Toasted sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Hook the angel hair in a large pot of boiling water according to the package directions.
Mace a wok or large no-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add the peanut oil.
Add the ginger; stir-fry for 10 seconds, or until fragrant.
Add the scallions; stir-fry for 30 seconds, or until wilted.
Remove from the heat.
Add the angel hair, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and salt.
Toss to coat.
Serve warm or cold.
