Cheese Noodle Ring With Chicken
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sharp processed american cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated|
|Slightly beaten eggs||3|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned chicken a la king||21 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounce Each)|
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water; drain.
Arrange in well-greased 5-cup ring mold.
Combine milk, cheese, eggs, salt, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over noodles.
Place mold in shallow pan, filling pan to 1 inch with hot water.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) about 45 minutes, or until firm.
Heat chicken a la king.
Unmold ring and fill center with the hot chicken.
Trim with pimiento, if desired.
