Low Carb Stir Fried Ground Turkey Shirataki Noodles

Try this yummy dish from American kitchen. It can be prepared by stir frying.
Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 Pound (Jenny O)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Roma tomatoes 2 Medium
  Shirataki noodles 16 Ounce (2 Bags)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Chopped parsley 4 Ounce
  Light sour cream 8 Ounce
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and Boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes.
Drain noodles and season noodles with salt, black pepper and butter and set aside.
Brown the ground turkey until no longer pink about 5 minutes.
Remove ground turkey and set aside.
In the same pan add olive oil and add the garlic and onions and cook for about 2 minutes
Add the ground turkey back to the pan.
Add the Tomatoes and mix
Add the paprika.
Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and mix
Add the chopped parsley and sour cream
Mix the sour cream in.
Enjoy!
