Easy Noodle Bake
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Cooked noodles||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt Or Fat)|
|Nonfat sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Diced pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated|
1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and garlic; saute until mushrooms are tender. Remove from heat; add noodles and next 6 ingredients, stirring gently.
2. Transfer mixture to a 1-quart casserole coated with cooking spray; top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated; uncover and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is browned.
