Stir Fried Noodles

Pancit Canton or Stir Fry Noodles may have originated from China but since it’s a good food, the Filipinos have learned to love it. Almost everybody has their own recipe for pancit canton.
Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon, divided
  Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon, divided
  Minced onion 4 Tablespoon, divided
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chinese sausage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded boiled chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded boiled pork 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiled chicken liver 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pork bouillon 1
  Julienned carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snow peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cabbage 1⁄4 Medium
  Oyster sauce 4 Tablespoon, divided
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Beef bouillon 2
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat some vegetable oil
Saute half of the minced garlic and set aside the other half.
Saute half of the minced onion and set aside the other half.
Add the shrimp and let it cook.
Then add the Chinese sausage and let it cook for a few minutes.
Mix in the shredded chicken.
Next is the shredded pork.
Add the boiled chicken liver.
Put the pork bullion cube. Let it melt.
Then add the carrots, followed by the snow peas.
When the carrots are cooked enough, you can add the chopped cabbage.
Then you can now season it with oyster sauce.
Give it a good mix and then set the mixture aside.
On the same saucepan, heat some vegetable oil
Saute the remaining minced garlic and minced onion.
Then add the chicken and/or pork broth.
Add the beef bullion.
Season it with oyster sauce and ground black pepper.
Let it boil.
When it’s boiling, you can now add the pancit canton.
Simmer it covered until it gets soft and the broth dries out.
When the noodles are cooked, add the vegetable and meat mixture.
Give it a good mix and serve hot.
