Sausage Noodle Bake
|Cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Pork sausage||1 Pound, cooked and crumbled|
|Noodles||1⁄4 Pound, cooked|
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Pimiento||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Buttered cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Generously butter a 2-quart casserole or baking dish.
Combine soup and milk in large saucepan and blend well.
Cook slowly stirring occasionally until sauce is heated through.
Add 1 cup cheese and stir until melted.
Add sausage, noodles, green pepper and pimiento and heat until well blended.
Pour into prepared casserole.
Top with cracker crumbs and remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Cover and bake 20 minutes.
Remove lid then bake until top is golden brown and bubbly about 15 minutes.
