  Cottage cheese 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Heat slowly, stirring often, until cheese begins to melt.
Divide evenly.
