Noodles Baked With Fresh Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, thinly sliced
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (Broadleaf)
  Noodles 1⁄2 Pound, cooked very al dente, drained
  Fine breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter, and saute the mushrooms for 6 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper; stir in the parsley.
Butter a casserole; alternate layers of mushrooms and noodles, ending with noodles.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fleck with the remaining butter; bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375-degree oven for 15 minutes, or until golden.
