Noodles Baked with Fresh Mushrooms
|Mushrooms||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (Broadleaf)|
|Noodles||1⁄2 Pound, cooked very al dente, drained|
|Fine breadcrumbs||3 Tablespoon|
In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter, and saute the mushrooms for 6 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper; stir in the parsley.
Butter a casserole; alternate layers of mushrooms and noodles, ending with noodles.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fleck with the remaining butter; bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375-degree oven for 15 minutes, or until golden.
