ItalianSeasoned Beef And Noodles
|Ground chuck||1 Pound|
|Medium noodles||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked|
|Meatless spaghetti sauce||15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||6 Tablespoon, grated|
|Italian herb seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Crumble ground chuck into 2qt. glass casserole.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange noodles in a layer over meat.
Combine spaghetti sauce, onion, 4 tblsp. of the cheese and Italian season ing.
Pour sauce over noodles.
Cover and microwave at high setting 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender, rotating dish onequarter turn after 5 minutes.
Skim fat from surface of mixture.
Stir to break up meat.
Cover and let stand on wooden board or heatproof surface 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 tblsp. cheese.
