ItalianSeasoned Beef And Noodles

Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Medium noodles 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked
  Meatless spaghetti sauce 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 6 Tablespoon, grated
  Italian herb seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Crumble ground chuck into 2qt. glass casserole.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange noodles in a layer over meat.
Combine spaghetti sauce, onion, 4 tblsp. of the cheese and Italian season ing.
Pour sauce over noodles.
Cover and microwave at high setting 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender, rotating dish onequarter turn after 5 minutes.
Skim fat from surface of mixture.
Stir to break up meat.
Cover and let stand on wooden board or heatproof surface 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 tblsp. cheese.
