Supreme Hamburger Noodles
|Chopped onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Small noodles||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cocktail vegetable juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
Cook the onions and green pepper in fat in a skillet until tender.
Add the beef and brown lightly.
Stir in the noodles.
Combine the vegetable juice, salt, celery salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pour over noodle mixture.
Bring to a boil and cover.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Stir in the sour cream and mushrooms and heat through.
