Noodles With Sour Cream And Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
  Medium egg noodles 4 Ounce
  Cream style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh / Freeze Dried)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain thoroughly in a colander.
2. In a buttered 1-quart casserole or 8"x8"x2" baking dish, combine the noodles with the cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and chives. Dot with the butter, and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until the top starts to brown. Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with Oil and Vinegar Dressing for Green Salads.
