|Broad noodles||8 Ounce|
|Grated sharp american cheese||3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs) (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||To Taste (To Suit Taste)|
Drop noodles into 2 quarts rapidly boiling water, add 2 teaspoons salt and boil rapidly until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain thoroughly and turn hot noodles into a hot serving dish.
Add next four ingredients and toss gently like a salad until cheese melts.
Garnish with parsley.
Spaghetti or macaroni may be used in place of the noodles.
