Spinach And Noodles Parmesan

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen chopped spinach package 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned condensed cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground red cayenne pepper 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Use A Generous Dash)
  Cooked wide egg noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Made Using 6 Ounce Uncooked)
Directions

1. Place onion in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid; microwave on high 3 minutes or until tender, stirring once during cooking.
2. Add spinach. Cover; microwave on high 5 minutes or until spinach is thawed, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in soup; stir in sour cream, cheese, black pepper, nutmeg and red pepper.
3. Cover; microwave at 50% power 8 minutes or until hot, stirring once during cooking. Add hot noodles; toss to coat.
