Chicken And Spinach Noodle Casserole

  Cooked spinach noodles 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cut-up cooked chicken/Cut-up cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated romano cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped (About 1/4 Cup)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)

Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes, until chicken is hot. Serve with additional grated Romano cheese, and garnish with chopped fresh basil if desired.
