Ingredients
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Tomato juice 1 Quart
  Tomato sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg noodles 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cream style corn 17 Ounce (1 No. 303 Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Canned chopped ripe olives 2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Grated sharp cheese 2 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the green pepper, onion, garlic and ground beef in butter in large Dutch oven, then add tomato juice and sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Add the noodles and cook until tender.
Add the corn, seasonings, mushrooms and ripe olives, then pour into a large casserole.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
