Green Noodle Salad
|Regular noodles/Green noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Italian dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Thin radish slices||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Cook noodles until tender as package label directs; drain. Toss with grated cheese and Italian dressing; refrigerate until chilled.
2. Arrange romaine leaves on platter; spoon noodles down center of each leaf. Then lay overlapping radish slices down center of each. Pass more Italian dressing. Nice with chicken, chops, or steak.
