Sausage Noodle Chili
|Broad noodles||4 Ounce, broken|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned tomatoes||19 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut sausages in 1/2 inch pieces and fry in a large skillet until nicely browned on all sides.
Drain off the fat and add all ingredients except cheese.
Stir to mix and cover closely.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 30 minutes.
Add a little boiling water if necessary.
Sprinkle with cheese.
