Stir Fried Thin Noodle Pork And Vegetables

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked noodle 1 Pound
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, crushed and chopped finely
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Snow peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

Take a wok. Set heat on high. Add 1 tbsp of oil. Add the garlic and stir fry. Add the pork and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add in the vegetables and stir for a minute. Add soy sauce and all the other ingredients and stir. Cook for a minute. Add the sugar. Add noodles and cook for 30 seconds. It is now done. Serve.

Sawadee kha Looks wonderful-is this Isan or Laos style? I ask because sugar is often added to dishes in these areas, but not often in the rest of Thailand. Love your recipes! Khap khun kha! Lagorn..... Shanti/Mary-Anne
