spicy prawns with chinese noodles
|Egg noodles||350 Gram|
|Root ginger||2 Inch|
|Sunflower oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Prawns||225 Gram, peeled|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
plungeeach tomatoe in bowl of hot water for 30 seconds,then cold for 1 minute.cut the flesh of each tomatoe.
trim both end of green chilliand slit them.
Trim the spring onions,slice the bulb.
Peel and finely chop ginger and garlic.
In non stick fry pan,heat 2 tb. oil,until hot.
Add spring onions ,ginger,stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.Do same with prawn and chillies.
Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water according to instructions.
Preheat a large serving bowl.
Add remaining oiland garlic to pan,stir fry fir 2-3 minutes,until the garlic is just golden.
Add tomatoes,cook for 2 minutes.Add tomato puree,season with salt and pepper to taste,mix.Mix other drained ingredients.
Heat for 1 minute.
Drain the noodles and transfer to bowl.pour theprawn mixture over thr top and serve immediately.
