Egg Vegetable Noodles
|Chinese noodles||200 Gram|
|Vegetable oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Spring onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||5 Teaspoon|
|White vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chilli sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
* In a big pan take 8-10 cups of water put the noodles little salt and 1 spoon oil and boil till noodles is cooked like around 8 mins, drain off the water.
* In the same pan pour oil, onion fry till light brown then add the vegetablee and fry in medium flame for 4 mins.
* add 2 tsp soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and ajinomotto, salt, and fry till vegetables are 3/4 th cooked. Then add the cooked egg noodles, 3 tsp soy sauce , pepper powder, cooked chicken pieces (optional) and mix all, if needed add salt.
* Last make the eggs into scrambled eggs and add them too and mix once.
* Egg vegetable noodles is ready.
