Turkey Noodle Casserole
|Green pepper||1⁄4 , chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Can (5 oz) (drained)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk/Chicken consomme||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Diced turkey||1 Cup (16 tbs) (cooked)|
|Grated sharp cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed cornflake||10 Gram|
Stage 1-Cook noodles; drain well.
Stage2-Saute green pepper and mushrooms in butter.
Stage3-Add flour; blend well.
Stage4-Add milk or consomme and cook, stirring until thick.
Stage5- Arrange noodles, sauce, turkey and cheese in alternate layers in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Stage6-Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees Fareinhite..
