Ingredients
  Kluski noodles 16 Ounce (1 package)
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound
  Red potatoes 5 Medium
  Cabbage 1⁄2
  Onions 4 Large
Directions

Cook noodles in salt water.
Rinse well.
Wash potatoes and boil.
Let cool and skin.
Cut potatoes as for potato salad.
Cut bacon in 4 strips, fry until crisp; remove from grease with slotted spoon.
Chop cabbage and onions and simmer in remaining bacon grease until tender and transparent.
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients, season to taste and serve as a side dish to BBQ chicken, pork chops, hamburgers or hot dogs.
