Blackberry Noodles

This Blackberry Noodles recipe is the favorite of my friend’s wife. Whenever I visit his house, she definitely serves this dish. Really this dish is delicious. My friend says that he likes his wife due to this dish. So if you want to bring delightment to your house try this Blackberry Noodles recipe.
Ingredients
  Blackberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg noodles 6 Ounce (wide flat variety)
  Wide egg noodles 6 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Pound, melted
  Butter margarine 1⁄2 Pound, melted
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Step1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fareinhite. Brush a 7" x 11" or 9" x 13" baking pan with 1 Tbsp of the butter .

Step2-In a pot of salted boiling water, cook noodles until al dente, about 12 minutes; drain in a colander.

Step3-In a mixing bowl, combine drained noodles, remaining butter, sugar, apple juice and berries. Mix in eggs.

Step4- Transfer to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.

Step5-Bake until golden brown and crisp on top, about 20 minutes.
