Cheese And Noodle Casserole's picture
  Noodles 1 Pound
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese/Soft cheese 12 Ounce
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped herbs/1 teaspoon caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon (Marjoram)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Salt To Taste

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
Boil the noodles, rinse under cold water, drain and put to one side.
In a large mixing bowl combine the sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese and milk.
Add the noodles and toss gently.
Add the chives, salt, pepper and herbs or caraway seeds, and stir well.
Then tip the mixture into the baking dish and dab pieces of butter over the top.
Sprinkle the parsley and Parmesan over the dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
