Beef With Bean Thread Noodles

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Wine 7 Milliliter (1 1/2 Teaspoon)
  Cornstarch 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Sugar 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Bean thread noodles 4 Ounce (112 Gram)
  Flank steak 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1" x 2" thin slices (225 Gram)
  Oil 37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Ginger slice 1 , shredded
  Soup stock 370 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Oil 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Green onion stalks 4 , shredded
Directions

1. Marinate beef for 30 minutes.
2. Soak bean thread noodles for 10-15 minutes in warm water.
3. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger, stirring for 10 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
4. Drain bean thread noodles.
5. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok and stir in bean thread noodles, stirring for 10-15 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and stir for 1 minute. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
