Ingredients
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, shredded
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Sliced olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg noodles 4 Ounce, cooked
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil.
Add meat and green pepper.
Cook, stirring until meat loses red color.
Stir in cheese, garlic, onion and olives.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Turn into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
