Soft Fried Noodles
|Fine noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Rinse in cold water.
Preheat wok or large skillet over high heat; add cooking oil.
Stir-fry green onion in hot oil for 1 minute; add noodles and stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes or till just beginning to brown.
